1. Scope and borrower
The General Contracting Conditions are applicable to the purchase and sale agreements concluded electronically, through the website www.lacultivada.com, between Agraria Vecino Hens, S.L and consumers and users who wish to acquire the products exhibited therein.
2. Improvement of the contract
In accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code, the contract will be understood as perfected from the moment in which Agraria Vecino Hens, S.L. has proof of the acceptance of the offer by the client.
3. Acceptance of the General Purchase Conditions
Before proceeding to the improvement of the contract, the client must read the General Conditions of Purchase and accept them by checking the corresponding box during the order process.
4. Data Storage / Protection
The personal data you provide us with, as well as those generated during the use of our services, will be incorporated into a file under the responsibility of Agraria Vecino Hens, S.L., in order to provide you with the requested information; manage the contracted products or services; keep you informed about products, services or news related to the information security sector which may be of your interest, provided you have given your prior consent to the effect. You hereby authorise Agraria Vecino Hens, S.L. to receive a confirmation of receipt and reading of the communications sent by email.
In any case, you are guaranteed the possibility of exercising your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition to the processing of your data, by sending a written communication to the address indicated or to the email address hola@lacultivada.com.
5. Prices
The prices of our products include VAT applicable according to current legislation. The prices shown on our website, including other concepts, are indicated in euros. Shipping costs have not been included in the prices listed on our website except in certain cases. Other additional expenses that may arise will be assumed by the buyer, who will be informed of all amounts and the resulting final price before the contract is perfected.
Deliveries made to destinations outside the European Union may involve additional expenses and be subject to taxes and duties, especially those of a customs nature and on value added to imports. All expenses originated by the extra-community destination will be assumed by the buyer.
6. Delivery
Shipping costs will be billed according to the prices indicated on the website. The exact amount of shipping costs will be indicated during the order process.
The delivery of the item will be made at the address indicated by the customer at the time of purchase. The issuance of the order will be on the day following receipt and payment, excluding weekends and holidays.
Delivery time in Spain is between 1 and 3 business days, except for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla where there may be delays due to customs issues. Within the European Union, delivery to most countries will take between 4 6 and business days.
The customer must check that the merchandise received after purchase corresponds to that ordered.
* We highly recommend that you open the package in the presence of the carrier, in order to check whether any products have been damaged during shipping or if they are in poor condition.
– Should you receive a product that has been damaged during shipping, we will either send you a new replacement product or reimburse payment, according to the agreement reached with the customer. This will not apply if damage has occurred due to the recipient’s not being available to receive the products which have subsequently been taken to the carrier’s warehouse.
In the event of damages, a photograph of the damaged goods must be sent to us by email at hola@lacultivada.com. Lacultivada.com will be responsible for any additional shipping costs as above. For more information, see point number 7.
– If any of the products received do not correspond to the purchase made through our website, we will send you the correct products or we will refund the corresponding amount to the credit card account from which payment was made. Lacultivada.com will be responsible for any additional transport costs that may arise.
– If you wish to receive La Cultivada at products at different addresses, you will have to make a separate purchase for each address. It is not possible to include more than one delivery address per order.
a) Delivery time in Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands) is between 1 and 3 business days.
In order to be kept informed of the shipment status of your order, it is important that you provide us with your mobile phone number.
Once the carrier has picked up your order, an SMS will be sent to the mobile phone number indicated informing you that the shipment is en route along with the shipment tracking number and the carrier’s contact telephone number for any enquiries.
b) Delivery time to most European countries is between 4 and 6 business days.
7. Returns
As per the conditions outlined in point number 6, returns will only be accepted if the product has been damaged during shipment or does not correspond to that ordered.
In the event that the product presents damages from shipping, the customer will have a period of 24 hours from the date of receipt of the product in order to report the incident. After this period has elapsed, this right of return cannot be exercised.
Should you receive a damaged product, please follow the steps below:
7.1. At the time of receipt, note the incident on the carrier’s delivery note. This is only valid if you are able to immediately detect the damage upon receipt of the order.
7.2. Once the damage has been verified, you must contact us by email within 24 hours of receiving the goods. In order to exercise the right to return, it is a “conditio sine qua non” that damaged be notified to us in writing within 24 hours of delivery, by sending an email to hola@lacultivada.com
7.3. Please send a photograph by email to hola@lacultivada.com, showing the damages sustained by the goods. The photograph must also be provided within 24 of delivery.
7.4. Once we have received your email and photograph, you will be notified by email of the steps to be followed.
7.5. La Cultivada will bear the cost of returning the product.
7.6. You will receive a replacement product at no cost to yourself, as long as you complied with the abovementioned conditions and have informed us of the damages within 24 hours of delivery. If this is not the case, we will not be responsible for the return and/or replacement of the good nor for any additional costs incurred.
8. Payment
We offer the following payment methods for purchases on our website:
• Credit card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express. Purchase is immediate.
• Bank transfer in advance. Purchase is not immediate and is subject to the correspondence between the customer and AGRARIA VECINO HENS, S.L. be it by email or telephone.*
• COD Cash on Delivery (Cost 4% of the total amount of the order). Purchase is not immediate and is subject to the correspondence between the customer and AGRARIA VECINO HENS, S.L. be it by email or telephone.**
Please note that we will proceed with delivery of the goods once payment amount has been received (except for COD payment). We advise you to pay by credit card so that you may receive the product in the shortest possible time.
Bank card payments will be processed via the Stripe platform, the global leader in online payments.
Stripe will be the only party that will have access to your bank details, and will act as an intermediary between yourself and AGRARIA VECINO HENS, S.L. This form of payment is immediate: we will receive the payment as soon as you make it, and we will process your order the next business day.
Stripe allows the use of VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. It is a very simple system which offers the highest possible security guarantees available.
For security reasons, if we receive a payment for an order whose delivery address is not verified by Stripe, we will refund the amount concerned and cancel the order.

No orders will be shipped until payment has been received.
** If you would like to make payment via COD Cash On Delivery, you will need to contact us at hola@lacultivada.com. We will then indicate the final amount of your order including the small increment incurred by this method of payment.
9. Cancellation of order
The customer may cancel their order in writing, by sending an email to us at hola@lacultivada.com within 12 hours of the order being placed, and provided that it has not already been shipped to its destination.
10. Withdrawal
Due to the nature of the products offered on this website, this right cannot be applied since the products fall within the exceptions defined by legislation.
11. Claims
